By purchasing a plan at eliteleadrecovery.com, you ("Customer") agree to these terms with OnlyTheElite LLC, a Kansas limited liability company ("we").
We provide automated text messaging for missed-call text-back and, depending on your plan, estimate follow-up and review requests, along with a monthly report. Features are described on the pricing page.
Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, plus any one-time setup fee shown at checkout. Prices may change with 30 days' email notice.
There is no long-term contract. You may cancel anytime through the billing portal or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges occur. Setup fees and partial months are non-refundable, except that if we fail to go live within 10 business days of receiving your completed onboarding form, you may request a full refund of the setup fee.
We do not guarantee any number of leads, jobs, reviews, revenue, or response rates. Results depend on factors outside our control.
You confirm that you will only provide contacts who called you, requested a quote, or did business with you, and that you have the right to text them. You agree to comply with the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and carrier rules. Every message includes opt-out instructions, and we honor opt-outs automatically. You will not ask us to send unlawful, deceptive, or incentivized-review messages.
We use your contact and call data only to provide the service. We do not sell it. When you cancel, we delete your contact lists within 30 days on request.
The service relies on third-party phone carriers and software and may sometimes be interrupted. We will work to restore service promptly.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
We may suspend or end service for non-payment or misuse with notice.
